These terms apply to everyone who uses Table Notes (thenotesbyg.com), run by an individual (sole proprietor) trading as GD GROUP in Malaysia (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.
Our content
Reviews, scores and photos on Table Notes are personal opinions based on our own visits. Restaurant details such as menus, prices and opening hours can change; please check with the restaurant before you go. We try to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date.
All text and photos by Table Notes are © Table Notes by G. Please do not copy or republish them without permission. Short quotes with a link back are welcome.
Community reviews
Visitors who sign in with Google may save restaurants, and post a short rating, comment and up to 3 photos for a restaurant. Viewing the site never requires an account.
- One review per person per restaurant. You can edit it later; edits are checked again before they appear.
- All reviews are checked by us before they are shown. We may decline, edit for length, hide or remove any review, for example if it breaks the guidelines below.
- Certified reviewers are chosen by us. Where a restaurant has enough certified reviews, its main score is 50% the author’s score and 50% the certified reviewers’ average; this is always labelled. Other diners’ ratings are shown for reference only.
- You keep ownership of what you write and the photos you upload. By posting, you allow us to display them on Table Notes, free of charge, for as long as they stay published, and to resize or compress photos.
- Only upload photos you took yourself, and avoid people’s faces.
- We may remove any review or photo, or close an account that breaks these terms.
- You can delete your account and all your data at any time on My page (“Delete account · 退会する”), or ask us through the contact form.
Review guidelines
- Rate on a scale of 1 to 10 (whole numbers). A comment is optional; if you add one, use 10 to 600 characters.
- Write about your own visit, honestly and in your own words.
- Do not post if you work for, own, or are paid by the restaurant or a competitor.
- No personal information about anyone (names of staff, phone numbers, addresses, photos of people).
- No insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, or claims you cannot back up.
- No links, advertising or promotion. Posts with URLs are not accepted.
- No content copied from elsewhere.
- Keep it about the food, service, value and atmosphere. English or Japanese is fine.
Prohibited use
Please do not misuse the site: no automated scraping or mass downloading, no attempts to break security, no fake accounts, and no posting on behalf of others.
Ads and links
The site shows ads from Google AdSense and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of ads or external sites.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from using the site or relying on its information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date.

掲載内容について
レビュー・点数・写真は、運営者が実際に訪れた際の個人的な感想です。メニュー、価格、営業時間などは変わることがあるため、お出かけ前にお店へご確認ください。正確さには努めますが、完全さや最新であることは保証できません。文章と写真の著作権は Table Notes by G にあり、無断での転載はご遠慮ください（リンク付きの短い引用は歓迎します）。
みんなのレビュー
- Google でログインすると、お店の保存と、評価・短いコメント・写真3枚までの投稿ができます。閲覧にアカウントは要りません。
- 1つのお店につき、お一人さま1件までです。あとから編集でき、編集した内容も確認後に表示されます。
- すべての投稿は、運営者が確認してから表示します。ガイドラインに合わない投稿は、掲載しない・非表示にする・削除することがあります。
- 認定レビュアーは運営者が選びます。認定レビュアーの評価が一定数あるお店は、メインの点数を「わたしの点数 50%＋認定レビュアー平均 50%」で計算し、そのことを必ず表示します。ほかの方の評価は参考として別に表示します。
- 文章と写真の権利は投稿者に残ります。投稿により、掲載中は Table Notes 上で無償で表示すること、写真を縮小・圧縮することを許諾いただくものとします。
- 写真はご自身で撮ったものだけにし、人の顔が写らないようにしてください。
- 規約に合わない投稿や写真は削除し、アカウントを停止することがあります。
- マイページの「退会する」で、いつでもアカウントとすべてのデータを削除できます。お問い合わせフォームからの依頼でも削除します。
投稿ガイドライン
- 評価は1〜10の整数で付けてください。コメントは任意です。書く場合は10〜600文字でお願いします。
- ご自身が実際に訪れた体験を、ご自身の言葉で正直に書いてください。
- そのお店や競合店の関係者、または対価を受けている方の投稿はご遠慮ください。
- 個人情報（スタッフの名前、電話番号、住所、人物の写真など）は書かないでください。
- 中傷、嫌がらせ、差別的な表現、脅迫、根拠のない断定は禁止です。
- URL・宣伝・広告は書けません（URL を含む投稿は受け付けません）。
- 他のサイトなどからの転載は禁止です。
- 料理、サービス、価格、雰囲気についてお書きください。英語・日本語どちらでも構いません。
禁止事項
自動収集（スクレイピング）や大量ダウンロード、セキュリティを破る行為、なりすましや他人に代わっての投稿はご遠慮ください。
免責・準拠法
サイトは現状のまま提供します。法律で認められる範囲で、サイトの利用や掲載情報によって生じた損害について責任を負いません。 準拠法：マレーシア法
