A New York burger chain in The Exchange TRX, a shopping mall in central Kuala Lumpur. You order at the counter and pick up your food when it's ready, so it's very casual.
The burger is plain and simple. It suits people who want a straightforward burger rather than anything flashy.
It began in 2001 as a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park, New York, run by Danny Meyer's restaurant company. It became popular and turned into a permanent kiosk in the park in 2004. The menu is kept to burgers, hot dogs, fries, shakes and the like. This shop opened in April 2024 as the first Shake Shack in Malaysia.
A place I'd pick when I want an easy burger.
