Psychotic Operator

A wine bar where natural wine comes with small plates rooted in Hakka cooking.

The ones I remember are the beef and the lobster. Both had real depth of flavour, and both were very good. The rice dishes mix flavours from many places, and the combinations you won't find anywhere else are a joy.

It sits quietly in a residential neighbourhood, and it's run by the same owners as Monster and Beer, a beer spot just a few doors away.

Next time, I'd like to let them pick the wine and slowly work through a few plates.
