Ming Kee Cantonese (SS2)

What I want to order here is the char siew and the roast duck. Both are delicious, and they keep making me want to come back. The bowl in the photo is noodles topped with roast duck and char siew, with greens on the side. The roast pork is popular too, and it always sells out early. If that's what you're after, it's best to go early.

Ming Kee Cantonese (銘記粥品) opened its first shop in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, in September 2018, and now has more than ten outlets across the Klang Valley. The theme is Cantonese food that brings together Hong Kong and Malaysian flavours. Alongside congee, the menu has roast duck, char siew, roast pork and wonton noodles. The roasts can go on noodles or rice, or with congee, so there are plenty of ways to eat them.

When I'm craving char siew or roast duck in SS2, this is an easy place to drop in.
