A Japanese restaurant on the 8th floor of Hilton Kuala Lumpur, the hotel at KL Sentral in Kuala Lumpur.

It's a place where you can have sushi inside a hotel. Above all, the atmosphere is very good. In 2024 the teppanyaki and sushi counters were renovated into a calm space finished in marble.

It has been here since the hotel opened in 2004. Besides sushi there's teppanyaki, and the menus change with the seasons. Since 2025 the Japanese executive chef has been Naotaka Tokuhisa, from Fukuoka.

A place I'd pick on a day I want sushi in a calm, pleasant setting.
