Hikiniku to Come (Sunway Pyramid)

Freshly kneaded hamburg steak, grilled over charcoal. Of all the hamburg steaks I've had in Malaysia, this is the one I like best.

What stays with me is how juicy it is inside, straight off the grill. First I eat it plain, just to taste the meat. Then with grated daikon and ponzu for something lighter, and finally dipped in raw egg for a rounder finish. Each way shows a different side, and I enjoyed it to the last bite.

Whenever I want a hamburg steak in Malaysia, this is where I'll come first.
