A restaurant cooking over binchotan charcoal in Taman Desa Business Park, Kuala Lumpur. It has only a dozen or so seats around an open kitchen, and was opened in 2020 by the owner couple.

From the starters through to the main meat dishes, every plate was satisfying. Meat, seafood and vegetables are grilled over binchotan, and the short menu changes often.

It is listed in the MICHELIN Guide, and with so few seats, booking early is recommended.

A place I'd choose on a day I want to take my time with charcoal-grilled cooking.
